Take a Real Estate Exam
Before conducting real estate transactions, you must have a California Real Estate License. You must score at least a 70% on the exam to pass the real estate license exam.
To obtain a real estate salesperson license, here are things to consider:
- You must first qualify for and pass a written examination. Those who pass the examination are provided a license application which must be submitted to and approved by the DRE. Click here for the requirement of applying for a Real Estate Salesperson License.
